The Price, Plainly Put
Right, so this works out to roughly 44p a can. Tesco and Sainsbury's regularly shift these at 50p-plus per can on their own deals, so getting 24 for about a tenner via Subscribe & Save is a decent saving. Not jaw-dropping, but solid. The kind of thing you'd kick yourself for missing if you drink Coke regularly.
The catch, as ever with S&S, is the subscription bit. You're committing to future deliveries. Easy enough to cancel after the first one, but you do need to remember to do it. A few people don't, and then they're swimming in Coke three months later. Not the worst problem, honestly.
Who This Actually Makes Sense For
If you've got a household that gets through a multipack a week, this is a no-brainer. Big families, people who work from home and drink fizzy stuff at their desk, anyone prepping for a summer barbecue. I picked up a similar deal last year before a garden party and it basically sorted the soft drinks corner entirely.
Who it's not for: anyone who only has the occasional can. You'll end up with tins gathering dust in the cupboard and mild guilt every time you walk past them.
One Honest Reservation
It's Coca-Cola. There's no mystery here taste-wise. The product itself needs no review. The only real question is whether the price justifies the S&S faff, and at 44p a can, I'd say yes. Just set a calendar reminder to cancel if you only want the one delivery.
