Personally, I'd say this is aimed squarely at someone who already collects or has a kid who's deep into the TCG. The sleeves and accessories are genuinely useful, not just filler. The storage box is a nice touch too, sturdier than you'd expect.

So whether this represents a deal depends entirely on what you've seen it going for elsewhere.
