If you shoot video, work across multiple machines, or just have years of files slowly suffocating your main drive, 4TB gives you real breathing room. Photographers and light video editors especially. It's not fast enough for editing 4K footage directly off the drive, mind you. This is a backup and overflow solution, not a speed machine.
The build feels solid without being flashy. It's not going to survive being dropped down a flight of stairs, but it's not flimsy either.
Honestly, my only reservation is the price point sits a bit high compared to some competitors when there's no active discount. If you can catch it on a deal, it's spot on. At full price, it's decent but not a standout bargain. Worth watching.
