The deal in plain English
This is a Subscribe & Save price, so you're committing to regular deliveries to get it. At roughly £1.77 to £1.88 for 12 bags of 16.5g each, you're looking at well under 16p a bag. For Wotsits. The proper orange, dusty, aggressively cheesy ones.
Personally, I find the 16.5g bags a bit cruel. You open one, it's gone in about forty seconds, and you've immediately got orange fingers and regret. But that's Wotsits for you. That's always been the deal.
Who this is actually for
Look, if you've got kids, pack lunches are sorted for weeks. If you work from home and keep a snack drawer, this fills it without much thought. The multipack format means portion control is at least nominally present, even if you end up eating three in a row.
If you live alone and don't actually eat crisps that often, subscribing to 12 bags on a cycle is probably daft. You'll end up with a small Wotsits mountain and mild shame.
The honest reservation
Subscribe & Save is fine until you forget to cancel or skip a delivery. Amazon makes it easy enough to manage, but it does require that tiny bit of admin discipline. Miss it once and you're suddenly drowning in cheesy corn puffs.
That said, 1,680 degrees of community heat on HotUKDeals suggests plenty of people reckon it's worth the faff. Not half bad for a snack run.
